Return & Cancellation Policy

dL Yoga LLC (“Company”) provides wellness services, classes, workshops, events, retreats, digital offerings, and related products. Because our offerings vary in format and delivery, the following general Return & Cancellation Policy applies unless a specific product or retreat page states otherwise.

Digital Products & Online Offerings

All digital products, downloadable materials, online classes, and virtual offerings are non‑refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Classes, Workshops & Events

Registrations for classes, workshops, or in‑person events are non‑refundable, but may be transferable to another participant at the Company’s discretion. If the Company cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or credit.

Retreats

Retreats are subject to their own Retreat Terms & Conditions and Contract, including payment schedules, cancellation windows, and refund policies. These retreat‑specific terms supersede the general policy stated here. Please review the retreat’s individual contract or sales page for full details.

Merchandise (If Offered in the Future)

Physical merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original condition. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any offering due to low enrollment, instructor illness, venue issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit. The Company is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel or accommodations.

By purchasing or registering for any product, class, service, event or retreat offered by dL Yoga LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Cancellation Policy and any product‑specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
