An energetic Vinyasa style class linking breath with movement in a flowing sequence to increase strength and flexibility. Expect challenging poses and strength reps throughout class.
Restorative Stretch
Bodifi - Rexburg - Thermal Studio Wednesday 7:00 - 7:45am
Deep, long held stretches using bolsters and yoga blocks to target connective tissue and increase flexibility and relaxation. A chance to find more stillness and meditation. I like to call it a work in, not a work out.

"Yoga with Daneesha was fantastic! I think what makes her such an amazing instructor is that she is so relatable. She understands and connects to her participants, creating a great yoga experience."

Tips for your first class
Eat 1.5 to 2 hours before, or have a light snack.
1
Class will feel more enjoyable if you are properly fueled but don’t have a full stomach!
Arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.
2
Give yourself time to check in at the front desk and be able to set up your mat and take a moment before class starts. Don’t have a mat? No worries! Both gyms have mats and yoga props you can use.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
3
It doesn’t have to be a lululemon or matching set, gym shorts and a t-shirt can work! You just want to be able to move freely without your close binding you up. And the more comfortable and confident you feel in what you choose the more you can focus on the class.
Keep an open mind.
4
If this is your first yoga class it might feel a little odd or a little overwhelming at first. Keep an open mind and be kind to yourself! I suggest trying at least three classes before you decide if that style of yoga isn’t for you. The first couple of classes you are just trying to figure out which side is left and right, after that it starts feeling more natural! You got this! And I’m always available to answer questions if you have them!
If you like, bring a water bottle.
5
You really just need yourself to do yoga, but sometimes a sip of water is nice!
Both gyms have small towels and mat cleaner you can use.
