For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include dlyoga.com. The Company’s website is an e‑commerce site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy. This Policy also applies to all Company‑owned landing pages, forms, and subscription tools, including those hosted through MailerLite or other third‑party email marketing platforms, where we collect personal information.

To provide you with products and services, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as:

  • Passport number or other travel‑related documentation (for retreat bookings)
