My Approach

I teach yoga, meditation, and mindset practices from lived experience — not from perfection, but from the same real-life challenges you’re moving through too. My work is about helping you feel more at home in your body and your life, reconnect with your spark, and step out of the pattern of living the same day on repeat. Through grounded, nervous-system-friendly tools and restorative experiences, I encourage and support you in finding your way back to yourself and to the joy you thought you’d lost.

I’m Daneesha, and I am so excited you are here! I’m a yoga teacher, retreat host, and someone who’s learning right alongside you. I don’t teach from a mountaintop, and I don’t claim to have it all figured out. I teach from the middle of real life — the messy, beautiful, overwhelming, ordinary parts of being human. My approach blends mindful movement, nervous-system awareness, and simple mindset tools that help you feel steadier, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
