Ember & Ease
Tend the ember. Trust the glow. Awaken your whole self.
August 7-8 | Romney Place, Rexburg, ID
If you’re craving space to breathe, reset, and reignite your inner spark so you can show up to your life with more ease and intention… you belong here.
Imagine with us for a moment…
You close your laptop, silence the notifications, and give yourself permission to step out of the constant hum of everyday life. For once, there’s nothing you need to manage, fix, or hold together. Just a weekend carved out for you.
You arrive to a warm, welcoming space — soft light, grounded energy, and women who exhale the moment they walk in. There’s no pressure to perform or be “on.” Just room to breathe, move, and settle back into yourself.
You roll out your mat, feeling the gentle hum of music, the glow of candles, the quiet anticipation of a space designed for release. You move through slow, intentional yoga. You breathe in ways that open something inside you. You rest in stillness you didn’t realize you were craving.
When the day ends, you drive home feeling lighter — like something unclenched. You sleep deeply. You wake up softer. And when you return the next day, it feels like coming back to a version of yourself you’ve missed.
By the end of the weekend, you feel clearer, steadier, and more connected — not because you escaped your life, but because you finally made space to return to it with ease.

Jenny Kezerian
Host & Breathwork FacilitatorI’ve always been drawn to healing and have spent years studying herbal medicine, essential oils, and holistic approaches to emotional, physical, and mental wellness. After experiencing a challenging divorce in 2019 that led me through deep personal healing, I began exploring natural pathways for transformation beyond traditional methods.
While earning my Bachelor’s in Nursing, I discovered that true healing came through self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and learning to compassionately face the parts of myself I had hidden or feared.
This weekend, my intention is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and step into greater peace, joy, and alignment. Through breathwork, you’ll have the opportunity to deeply connect with your body, intuition, and inner healing wisdom. Breathwork has been a powerful tool in my own journey, helping me regulate my nervous system, process emotions, and cultivate deeper well-being.
Daneesha Scott
Host & Yoga InstructorI started out with a degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering, and after cycles of burn out and finding myself on autopilot, living the same day over and over again, I knew something had to change. And then I found my real passion in teaching yoga. Slowly, I’ve learned tools to regulate my nervous system, heal, and find my inner spark, bringing creativity and joy back into my days. I’m still learning, growing, and figuring things out as I go. And that’s the place I teach from: lived experience, honesty, and the belief that we all deserve to feel connected to our whole selves.
My approach blends mindful movement, nervous-system awareness, and simple mindset tools that help you feel steadier, clearer, and more connected to yourself. My intention for this retreat is to help you step out of autopilot, reconnect with your body and breath, and rekindle the spark that’s been waiting for you.
FAQ

No problem! This is your journey and a no-judgment zone. It can be as gentle or as intense as you intend. There is no right or wrong; you honor what your body is asking for. It is always acceptable to opt out of a yoga pose or slow your breathing in the breathwork session. There will be guidance and support for the whole journey.
-
Adequate sleep is important! Come well hydrated and stay hydrated after the retreat. Minerals are also important. Your body burns a lot of magnesium while healing, so magnesium sprays, lotions, or foods like pumpkin seeds and coconut water are helpful!
Start now to notice where your thoughts are. What do you tell yourself everyday? Do you think, I am tired? I don’t have enough time? I can’t do this. Acknowledging your self-talk is the first step to real-life solutions.
Check in with your body. Where do you feel tension? Notice what your triggers are. Breathe into them. 10 deep breaths with your hand on your heart when you notice the tension climbing can give you a reset back into your body and out of your head.
-
Water bottle, journal, and an open mind.
Option to bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort during breathwork (Saturday afternoon).
We have yoga mats, props, and weighted eye masks, but you are welcome to bring your own!
Wear what you feel comfortable in. Layers or cooler mornings and hotter afternoons are recommended. You may prefer to wear athletic gear/yoga clothes Saturday morning and change after class.

If you feel dizzy, you can slow your breathing. It can take a little time for the body to adjust to so much oxygen! Feeling an array of emotions is very normal during a breathwork session. This is the work of the breath to feel into the emotions and give them a safe place to be felt. The breath or prana is the life force moving through you. It is important to allow the emotions a place to be validated, but not a permanent home. The breath moves them through you after they have been realized. No need to keep the old energy once it has fulfilled its purpose. It is always safe to ask questions and express concerns.

We are all human beings, not human thinkers. The head thinks in loops, and the body feels. When you are in your head, you can feel anxious, trying to work things out. When you are in your body, you will be able to feel and know things. This is a state of being that feels calmer, more peaceful, and not rushed.
